Orders and Shipping

It will depend on the type of shipping you choose. For standard shipping, typically it takes 2-8 business days for deliveries within the US.
Standard shipping is FREE for all orders in the US.
When using free standard shipping, the timeliness of service to or from destinations outside the contiguous U.S. may be affected by the limited availability of transportation.
Yes, you’ll have this option at checkout.
Yes. International shipping may be subject to customs duties, tariffs, and taxes. Any additional charges will be calculated at checkout.

Returns

We want you to love your Parenthesis purchase. So if you're not 100% happy with our book for any reason, just email us at knockknock@parenthesis.cc. You may return it to us in its original condition and packaging within 7 days of receiving it. We will refund the complete purchase price.
We take special care to prepare and pack our books so they should arrive to you in perfect condition. However, please do inspect your purchase as soon as it arrives. Damaged item claims must be made within 48 hours of package arrival. If there is an issue with your order, please let us know straight away by emailing knockknock@parenthesis.cc , and we'll make it right.

Product

The Waiting Moon was adapted for you to enjoy with a kid in your life within the 6-9-year-old range. It’s specially designed to be a shared experience, and there are lots of two-person games and prompts along the way to help spark lovely conversations as you fill out the pages. We highly recommend you fill out the activity book with your child, even acting as a scribe if your child is tired or dislikes writing so that the emphasis can be on the fun, conversation, and reflection rather than the act of writing.
We don't have it available in other languages just yet, but no worries! We're currently working on making it available soon. If you'd like to stay informed and be the first to know when it's released, please sign up for our Newsletter HERE, and we'll make sure to keep you updated!
